As a Regional Director for Mid-Market sales at GTM, you will lead and scale a team of 6-8 Account Executives selling technical products to engineering organizations across the Americas. This player-coach role requires a proven sales leader who has personally exceeded quota and can effectively coach complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building out the sales playbook, and anchoring the in-person sales culture in the San Francisco and New York City offices. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years leading a quota-carrying team, and a strong background in selling technical products to engineering buyers.
