Garner is seeking an exceptional People Experience Manager to lead their Employee Experience and Facilities functions, reporting to the Head of People. This high-impact role involves designing and scaling programs, environments, and systems to optimize employee performance and shape a top-tier hybrid work experience. The manager will be responsible for onboarding, recognition, engagement, culture development, workplace operations, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have experience in both startups and mature companies, with at least 2 years leading Employee Experience and 1 year leading Facilities, and a strong belief that employee experience drives business performance.
