Founding Engineer (Full-Stack/Backend)
What You’ll Do
-Shape the product & tech: Help define our core architecture, product direction, and culture as an early team member.

• Ship real features: Build and scale AI-driven voice & chat systems for enterprise pharma clients.
• Own your work: End-to-end responsibility—from design to deployment to monitoring.
• Solve hard problems: Secure integrations, low-latency real-time audio, privacy/compliance, large-scale deployments, and more.

Our Stack

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React
• Voice Tech: Vapi, LiveKit, Deepgram
• Infra: AWS
• AI: GPT, Claude, Gemini, RAG
• Deployment: Cloud, hybrid, and fully on-prem (complex VPCs, strict security)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building and scaling backend or full-stack products
• Past startup experience is a must
• You can own large pieces of architecture, move fast, and care about clean code without tech debt.
• You’re excited to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems in healthcare and AI.
• Bonus: Experience with voice/real-time systems, security, or enterprise on-prem/saas.
