Radical Numerics is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Inference, to build and optimize systems for deploying frontier biological AI models into production. This highly technical role focuses on delivering state-of-the-art inference performance for large-scale genome and multimodal biological models across diverse applications like therapeutics and biodefense. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in large language model inference, kernel optimization, GPU systems, and performance engineering. You will drive end-to-end performance improvements, develop high-performance inference primitives, and partner with external collaborators to deploy scalable AI systems that translate research into real-world impact.
