Mariana Minerals is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer (Hardware) to design and build the actuation, automation, and robotic hardware for their autonomous mining vehicles. This hands-on role involves owning the electromechanical and robotics hardware, from drive-by-wire actuation to robotic mechanisms, enabling full mining autonomy. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience designing complex electromechanical or robotic systems, strong 3D CAD proficiency, and hands-on experience with actuation and motion systems. You will carry designs from concept through validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop the world's first fully autonomous mines.
