Profluent, an AI-first protein design company, is seeking an ML Platform / MLOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure powering their machine learning systems. This role involves enabling reliable, scalable platforms for training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale generative biology models. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with MLOps, ML infrastructure, or ML platform engineering, strong cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred), and familiarity with containerization and orchestration systems. You will have significant ownership over systems and tools, working closely with scientists and engineers to move experiments to production models.
