Quince is seeking a Senior Technical Designer for Kids & Baby to lead technical design and fit across these categories. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing returns, and driving repeat purchases by evolving fit standards and processes. The successful candidate will collaborate globally and cross-functionally to develop fit blocks, assess samples, and ensure fit and quality are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8+ years of technical design experience, a deep understanding of pattern making and garment construction, and strong communication skills to deliver best-in-class fit.
