True Anomaly is seeking an Electro-Optical Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing, developing, integrating, and testing high-performance optical systems for seeker and autonomous orbital vehicles. This role involves deep technical contribution, people management, and strategic product planning, reporting to the VP of New Product Engineering. The ideal candidate will be an expert in electro-optical systems development, capable of defining and executing the company's EO systems roadmap. This position requires translating mission needs into fielded hardware for space superiority, including RPO suites, LiDAR, and hyperspectral imaging payloads.
