Pacific Fusion is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to serve as the primary technical bridge between their fusion demonstration system design team and facility infrastructure. This high-impact role involves integrating complex mechanical and electrical systems, managing external design consultants, and ensuring facility infrastructure synchronizes with the machine’s operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in large-scale industrial or scientific research facilities, with a proven track record in managing complex M&E infrastructure. This position is based in Albuquerque, NM, with required travel to San Leandro, CA during the critical engineering phase.
