Genesis is seeking a Senior Data Collection Operator to create the essential human-generated data that teaches general-purpose robots. This hands-on role involves wearing specialized gloves, teleoperating hardware, and designing new tasks from scratch to meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with research and model engineering teams, translating their data requests into demonstrations and providing critical feedback from the floor. We are looking for an experienced operator with a background in robotics or embodied-AI operations who can build tasks, not just run them, and possesses exceptional attention to detail.
