As a Business Development Representative at Anthropic, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI by optimizing lead management and identifying new market opportunities. This role enables the sales team to focus on high-value activities through your analytical skills, project management expertise, and strategic thinking. You will own pipeline generation, manage inbound leads, and conduct outbound prospecting to generate high-intent opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of startup experience, strong analytical skills, familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL, and be fluent in both Korean and English.
