The Anthropic Fellows Program is a 4-month full-time program designed to cultivate AI research and engineering talent, offering funding, mentorship, and access to shared workspaces in Berkeley or London. Fellows will work on empirical projects aligned with Anthropic's research priorities, aiming for public outputs like paper submissions. The program is expanding across various workstreams including AI Safety, AI Security, ML Systems & Performance, Reinforcement Learning, and Economics. Candidates should have a strong technical background, be fluent in Python, and be motivated by making AI safe and beneficial for society. This application is for cohorts starting in July 2026 and beyond, with rolling admissions.
