The First Round Sales Combine: a free, two-day program that trains high-potential people for tech sales, then introduces them directly to AI-native companies that are hiring, including Notion, fal, Together AI, Clay, Rillet, and Serval.

Why we're doing it: demand for human sellers has never been higher, but breaking into sales without the "right" logos or years of experience on your resume is tough. The Combine is meant to make that path easier. We vet applicants, train them in the human craft of selling (and in using AI for the mechanics), and place them at First Round portfolio companies. No prior sales experience required.
