This role involves owning a portfolio of AI-native programs to drive customer adoption and value at scale, rather than managing individual accounts. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years in programmatic CS, a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes without 1:1 relationships, and hands-on fluency with AI in their workflow. You will design and ship Claude-powered engagement plays, deliver high-leverage live engagements, and continuously iterate on programs to maximize impact. This position is for someone who instinctively seeks to automate and scale customer interactions using AI, while also being adept at traditional 1:many engagements.
