Accountable is hiring a Founding Engineer in NYC.

We're building an AI-powered company on a mission to give power back to the American taxpayer. We believe millions of Americans are forced to navigate systems that are difficult to understand, frustrating to use, and often not designed with them in mind.

We are co-founded by the founders of Acorns and Say - and have raised from top VCs and founders.

We're looking for an exceptional engineer who wants to build, not manage. Someone who loves being in the code, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to help define both the product and the company from the ground up.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-You've built and shipped products from 0→1
-You care deeply about product quality and customer experience
-You've worked with financial data, payments, identity, or other sensitive systems
-You have strong technical opinions but low ego
-You want to work in person in NYC
-You're excited by AI and using new technology to solve real customer problems
