Savvy Wealth is seeking a Brokerage Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations for their new broker-dealer, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. This role is central to all operational workflows from trade setup through settlement, focusing on maintaining operational excellence as trade volume scales. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or fintech, with a strong process orientation and comfort leveraging AI tools to build and automate functions from scratch. You will be responsible for establishing end-to-end operational workflows, managing account and cashiering operations, and supporting legal and compliance efforts.
