Shield AI is seeking a Senior Propulsion Design Engineer to design and deliver hardware for low-bypass turbofan-powered UAVs, focusing on engine, fuel, oil, and bleed air systems. This hands-on role involves transforming conceptual propulsion architecture into testable, manufacturable, and flight-ready hardware. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of mechanical design experience in aerospace, strong CAD proficiency (NX preferred) with GD&T, and a B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
