The Anthropic Fellows Program is seeking ML Systems & Performance Fellows for a 4-month full-time research program, designed to foster AI research and engineering talent. Fellows will receive funding, mentorship, and access to infrastructure to work on empirical projects aligned with Anthropic's mission of creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. This specific workstream focuses on building complex ML systems, distributed systems, and high-performance computing. Ideal candidates have strong software engineering skills, Python fluency, and a background in computer science, mathematics, or physics, with a motivation for AI safety and beneficial AI.
