Anthropic is seeking an experienced GTM Compensation Partner to join their Total Rewards team. This role involves supporting the GTM organization with the strategy, design, and execution of compensation programs, including salary, variable compensation, and equity-based plans. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation, experience with sales plan design, and thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment. You will act as a strategic business partner, building relationships with executives and People Partners to recommend tailored compensation solutions and own end-to-end compensation cycle execution for client groups.
