Farther is seeking an HR Business Partner to be the dedicated people partner for their rapidly growing Client Experience and Advisor Experience teams, based in their Irving, TX office. This role is crucial for building a strong team culture and delivering an exceptional client experience. The HRBP will own employee relations, coaching, and develop manager training programs, acting as the in-person HR resource for the Dallas team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of HR experience, strong employee relations skills, and the ability to operate independently while partnering with leadership on people strategy and organizational development.
