The successful candidate will own day-to-day People Operations, ensuring compliance, structure, and a consistent, high-performing culture. They will manage the employee lifecycle, optimize HR systems, enhance employee experience, and provide operational support to leadership, all while steadily raising the bar on processes and standards.
