Anthropic is seeking a Compliance Governance & Oversight Lead to establish and manage the compliance governance strategy for its Integrity & Compliance (I&C) function. This senior leadership role involves owning policy lifecycles, GRC platform administration, controls testing, and compliance training programs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience building or scaling compliance programs, deep knowledge of compliance fundamentals, and a track record of presenting compliance reporting to senior leadership.
