This role involves partnering deeply with research institutions like Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The Allen Institute to build and prototype AI agents within their scientific workflows. The engineer will also develop reusable ecosystem infrastructure and identify challenges in AI deployment within life sciences. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of software engineering experience, deep research experience in life sciences, and experience building LLM-powered applications.
