Neara is seeking an Implementation Engineer (Transmission Line & Structural Design) to join their growing team in India. This hybrid, customer-facing role requires expertise in overhead transmission line design, including structural aspects like towers and poles. You will help clients rapidly build and compare transmission line designs on the Neara platform, translating their existing workflows and data. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in OHTL projects, a degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering, and strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
