Anthropic is seeking a Staff+ Software Engineer, Developer Productivity to join their Infrastructure organization. This role is crucial for enabling engineers and researchers to develop, build, test, and ship code at scale, directly impacting the speed and reliability of AI model training and the scaling of Claude to millions of users. The ideal candidate will own the technical strategy and roadmap for developer productivity, designing and building scalable infrastructure, and evolving build environments and language ecosystems. Strong candidates will have deep experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling in large monorepo environments, with proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or Go.
