Vercel is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to mature its accounting function for future public company operations. This role will oversee complex accounting areas, lead technical accounting research, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, reporting to the Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with SEC reporting readiness, and a CPA, with 10+ years of progressive technical accounting experience including Big 4 and public company background. This position requires collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
