Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Technical Success (API) to lead a team of 5-8 Technical Success Managers. This role involves coaching a high-performing team to drive customer adoption and growth of Anthropic's API solutions, while also engaging directly with strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles, 3+ years of management experience, and deep technical expertise in API technologies and AI/ML concepts to build out the Technical Success function and establish best practices.
