Anthropic is seeking an experienced Community & Executive Escalations Program Manager to establish and operate a new function within their Operations organization. This role is critical for protecting Anthropic's reputation by managing high-stakes user issues from social media and executive channels. The Program Manager will monitor public conversations, triage escalations, manage incidents to resolution, and iterate on response playbooks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent judgment under pressure, sharp written communication, and a bias toward action, with 6+ years of relevant experience in community or trust & safety operations.
