Sarvam is seeking an intellectually demanding Data Scientist to anchor the evaluations function for their AI outputs, focusing on designing and building frameworks for high-stakes use cases. This role involves defining quality metrics, running structured evaluation cycles, and identifying failure modes in collaboration with MLOps Engineers and other teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in data science or applied AI, with at least 2 years working with LLMs in production, and strong fundamentals in statistics and probability. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of Sarvam's AI solutions for India.
