Anthropic is seeking a Commercial Counsel, Infrastructure Security to be the day-to-day legal partner for their infrastructure-security and GRC teams. This role involves owning the contractual and regulatory aspects of physical, hardware, supply-chain, and network security, addressing high-value targets and nation-state threats. The ideal candidate will have a JD, fluency in security contracting, and experience with relevant regulations like NDAA and CHIPS-Act. You will work closely with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure Anthropic's security posture and commercial objectives are met.
