Thira is seeking a Founding Applied AI Engineer to design and build the core AI agentic framework for their autonomous enterprise execution engine. This role involves architecting the orchestration layer, memory systems, and agent pipelines from scratch, working directly with the CTO. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems and a deep understanding of multi-step LLM pipelines and RAG architectures.
