Anthropic is seeking a Security Risk Analyst to join its Compliance Team and help build and scale its risk management function. This role involves adapting established risk frameworks to manage security and compliance risks in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance, a deep understanding of information security risks, and hands-on experience with security frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001. You will be responsible for evaluating risks, developing treatment plans, maintaining controls, and shaping the risk management program to ensure transformative AI benefits society.
