Job Description: The Supply Chain & Procurement Functional Lead will own Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Cost Management processes to ensure material integrity, supplier governance, and MRP reliability in a complex manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining serialized traceability and material compliance across programs. You must have experience leading an Oracle Fusion implementation at scale. Subcontract purchase orders

Receiving and inspection controls

MRP parameter governance

Material availability stabilization

Process Leadership

Establish item master governance standards

Improve MRP signal accuracy

Reduce inventory discrepancies

Align procurement workflows with compliance requirements

Lead cross-functional planning alignment sessions

Apply AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement to support mission-critical supply chain operations, leveraging predictive insights and intelligent automation to drive agility, resilience, and operational excellence.

Required qualifications:

8+ years ERP supply chain systems experience

Strong understanding of MRP and inventory control

Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments

Oracle Fusion SCM experience is must

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing serialized inventory

Familiarity with government material compliance requirements

Oracle Cloud certification highly desired

Lean or Six Sigma certification
