Daloopa is seeking an HR Operations Manager to scale the operational foundation of its People function during a period of rapid growth. This role involves end-to-end ownership of HR operations, including payroll, HR systems (preferably Rippling), benefits administration, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with strong operational ownership, direct experience running payroll and HRIS, and a working knowledge of employment law.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, improve, and run HR systems, ensuring precision and reliability in all employee lifecycle processes. You will be the primary point of contact for HR operational questions, driving efficiency and compliance in a fast-moving environment.
