Metaview is seeking an Engagement Associate to join their Go-to-market team in New York City. This role is a blend of solutions, AI building, and commercial ownership, focusing on managing a portfolio of smaller, fast-moving customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer outcomes, including retention and growth (GRR and NRR), onboarding, and implementation, while also contributing to product feedback and building with AI. We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or a related role, who has a strong appetite for commercial success and genuine, hands-on AI engagement.
