We are seeking a Thermal Design Engineer to build the cooling system for our photonic wafer-scale system. This role involves tackling unique thermomechanical challenges that differ from traditional high power density systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with liquid-cooled systems, high TDP, and a deep understanding of thermal bottlenecks in high power dissipation environments. We are looking for an innovator who can solve complex problems beyond incremental improvements, with a hybrid remote work model available in the SF Bay Area, Austin, or Boston.
