Anthropic is seeking an Implementation Specialist to technically deploy their AI system, Claude, within large enterprise customers. This role focuses on the technical aspects of integration, including connecting to identity providers, provisioning users, and ensuring security compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in customer-facing technical roles with extensive experience in enterprise identity integration (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) across major IdPs like Okta and Entra ID. You will be responsible for running concurrent deployments, leading technical working sessions with customer IT and security leads, and authoring deployment runbooks, contributing to the scaling of the Implementation Specialist function.
