Factir is building AI-native financial infrastructure for global trade. Every year, $15 trillion of goods move across borders, yet importers still run on handshakes, emails, and wire transfers. Factir reads trade documents, verifies suppliers, and makes payments that understand shipments.

We’re hiring a founding engineer to build AI systems that move atoms and dollars around the world. You'll work on hard problems in applied AI: turning messy, unreliable real-world inputs - trade documents, supplier identities, shipment events - into decisions a business can trust with its money. As Factir’s first engineering hire, you’ll set the foundations alongside a small team that loves this problem and has fun solving it, with each other and with our customers.

We’re pre-seed with active design partners, founded by Monique Tuin (family import business, ex-AtoB and McKinsey), and backed by Outsiders Fund and Inverted Capital.
