Axelera AI is seeking an entrepreneurial and technically exceptional Director of Hardware Engineering to establish and lead their new AI Infrastructure Systems division. This hands-on role involves building a multidisciplinary team and owning the end-to-end delivery of datacenter-class hardware products, from accelerator cards to full rack systems. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a proven track record of shipping server-class compute hardware into volume production and deep expertise in high-speed interfaces and platform management. This leader will define the technical roadmap, drive execution, and engage with strategic customers to advance Axelera AI's next-generation AI platform.
